Hostess Rewards
1. At least two people besides the hostess must purchase jewelry for it to be considered a party, and the combined guest total must be at least $150 for you to earn free / discounted jewelry. 
2. If the above conditions are met, then you the hostess receives a $25 gift certificate to spend at the jewelry home party or to use toward a custom order.
3. In addition to the above. As a host, you will receive discounted / free jewelry equaling 10% of your guests' pre-sales tax total of $150 to $499, or 15% of her guests' pre-salestax total of $500+. These guest totals can include the hostess's purchases.
4. You will also receives another $10 of discounted / free jewelry for each party booked that night from your jewelry party (these $10 certificates are redeemable after the booked party occurs.
5. The host will receive an additional $10 of discounted / free jewelry if she has 10 or more guest.


Tips for a Successful Party
1. Pass out invitations and email guest at least two weeks prior to Jewelry Demonstration.
2. Follow up with your guests who have not told you if they are coming a few days before the party.
3. Invite people. Co-workers, friends, neighbors and family are all great people to invite. Usually only 1/3 of the people you invite will attend the party. Over-invite to make sure you have a good turnout.
4. Have party in a room with adequate lighting
5. Do not pressure your guests to attend the party for buying purposes. Make the focus of your party a social experience. More people are likely to attend if they do not feel obligated to purchase. Hopefully your friends will be impressed with the products offered, and the merchandise will sell itself.
6. Provide simple snacks and drinks. Take into consideration any dietary constraints any of your guests may have, and be sure to provide something for everyone.
7. Have a clean environment. Make sure that your home is tidy and free of clutter. A messy house will be distracting and embarrassing. A clean house will encourage guests to stay and socialize.
8. Enjoy the event. After all, it is a party! Do not be overly concerned with the amount of free items you will receive. Focus on the evening as a time to hang with your girlfriends.
