Beautiful but...

First let me say that the customer service and turn around is great. I didn't have to wait long at all for my order to arrive. The packaging was also very nice. The earrings I ordered are beautiful but one of the chains on one of my earrings is incomplete (one chain is just gold then silver and that's it so it's noticeably shorter than the rest of the chains). I ordered the gold/silver/gold combo. I'm very in to paying attention to details so I immediately noticed this mishap. Other than that I love the affordable prices and could possibly see myself ordering from this boutique again.
