All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
Unwashed/unworn jewelry and clothing can be returned for exchange or store credit only within 10 days of delivery. Sales items are FINAL SALE. You will not receive a refund for your shipping fees on returns and exchanges. After 10 days, no orders will be eligible for exchange or store credit. No exceptions.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the “My Account “menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund authorization once we've received and processed your returned request.
Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please allow one week from the time we receive the package for credits or exchanges to be processed.
Returns of Defective Items and Wrong Items Shipped:
If there was an error with your order, or you received defective merchandise, please inform us as soon as possible.
Please note that all defective item(s) are subject to inspection. Exchanges are not permitted for returns from the U.S. territories, APO/FPO and International addresses.
To ensure proper processing, on the return form indicate the return code for the item(s), either "defective" (08) or "wrong item shipped" (14).
If defective, describe the defect and if you would like a replacement. Please indicate "exchange" on the "notes" section. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available, will be shipped to you free of charge. If your exact replacement is out of stock, we will process a credit back your Tacha Trendz Boutique account.
Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited to your account as well. In order to receive credit for your return shipping cost, you must attach the return Shipping Receipt along with the Return Form. The shipping credit amount is subject to the following for returns from U.S., APO/FPO and the U.S. territory addresses: If UPS ground, FedEx ground, DHL ground or USPS Priority mail is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If overnight, 2 day, or 3-day service is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent. For returns from International addresses, the shipping credit amount is subject to the following: If any standard shipping method is used, the full amount will be reimbursed. If any express shipping is used, only the amount USPS First-Class Mail International would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent.
Damaged or incorrect items are the only returns that qualify for a return label. Please email retuns@tachatrendz.com. For damaged merchandise, please email a photo.
Exchanges are not permitted for returns from the U.S. territories, APO/FPO and International addresses. The U.S. territories includes: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Shipping Policy
Shipping is now FREE within the United States, for a limited time. Orders shipped via the free shipping will take 3-7 business days for delivery. If you need ypur package sooner, please select a paid shipping option. When you place an order under a piad shipping option, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Orders
We now ship INTERNATIONALLY! Orders ship at a Flate rate via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like tracking and/or insurance, you will have to pay the extra cost for a FedEx Prioity Mail option, which is dependent on the weight of the package. If you chose the flat-rate, we can not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
